This 15.5-cm (6.10-inch) Megalodon tooth was found in the US, Florida - in 2021. This Megalodon tooth features a beautiful brown colour. This tooth has a unique feature, as marine life has settled on the tooth over years (perhaps centuries). Barnacles have formed at the root, so this is a beautiful and unique collector's piece. This tooth (weighing 228g).
The fossil tooth comes from a Megalodon shark (Otodus Megalodon) that could eventually grow as long as 20 metres and weigh 60,000 kilos. The teeth of the Megalodon are virtually the only fossils found of this magnificent species, and those teeth speak volumes.
