'Black/Grey/Brown' Polished megalodon tooth (US) - 7.5 cm (2,95 inch)
This smaller Megalodon tooth of 7,2 CM (2,83 inch) was found in the US, Florida - in 2021. The megalodon tooth has been polished to reveal beautiful minerals. For many, this is a special addition. The fossil tooth comes from a gigantic Megalodon shark (Otodus Megalodon) that could reach a length of 20 metres and weigh up to 60,000 kilos.
This Megalodon tooth has dark colours. This tooth comes from a fairly young Megalodon that was already several metres tall.
The serrations / knurls of this tooth are still very sharp (see photo).

Because no complete fossilised bones have been found apart from the teeth, this species was given the name 'Megalodon', which also means: 'Big Teeth'.
